Li-po Batteries
A recent article in an RC Modeling magazine reported that you can get a lot longer life out of your batteries if you avoid discharging them to less than 3V and don't charge them more than 4.1V.
Draining them to not less than 3V gives more life.
Not charging them more than 4.1V gets up to 2,000 charge cycles vs only about 500 cycles when charged to 4.2V. This was a study done and published.
This was mentioned at our Club meeting on May 3, 2022. As soon as I can I'll get the source on this information.
I'll be looking into how to program chargers with that goal in mind.
